Four things that make the survey faster.

    Know your access

    Cellar hatch, interior stair, or areaway door? Our basins do not fit through every 1890s hatch, and that changes the plan.

  2. 02

    Find the panel

    A photo-free description is fine: number of breaker slots, any spares, and whether the sump has its own circuit.

  3. 03

    Check the board rules

    Co-ops and condos usually need written approval for discharge changes. We supply a board-ready copy of the plan at no charge.

  4. 04

    Pick two windows

    Give us two time slots that work and we will confirm one of them the same day, by phone or email, whichever you prefer.
